Manic from the beginning. One of the strangest matches I’ve ever watched.

Just reading the Beeb and it seems that was one of the best games ever for the neutrals. To top that, it read like the Rag V Dipper games used to read when they actually had a good game.

City, now taking the Rags mantle, even against their Derby rivals ;-)

Manchester City winger Leroy Sane: "It must have been an incredible game for the fans, so many goals but for us it was not the best day.
"We show character in every game, we always try to score goals. We are disappointed to lose a game, it is a long time since we won here at Anfield.
"But at the end of the season, when we win the Premier League, nobody cares if we lost a game."

Liverpool were the better side.
Delph is going to be a big miss , Danilo is crap.
Stones, 3 Games , 3 Mistakes , 3 Goals , needs to wake up.

I hope so. I’d just love it if no one jinxed it! Especially one of the bloody players!

I think we need a left back in now if Delph is out for any period of time. No confidence in Danilo especially on left. Cover at left allows Delph when fir to also fill in for Fernandinho centrally.

as I have said time and time again, we carnt play from the back all the time, we make bad errors and let the other team come on to us, ok Liverpool are like us pressing but sometimes you need to get rid of the ball upfield, 3 of there goals was from our errors need to sort it out

Oh well, the run had to end sometime and it was good while it lasted, but why the deuce did it have to be against this lot ??

Perhaps some of the pressure is now off, perhaps more teams will think they can beat us and discard 'parking the bus' approaches (are you watching Mourinho ??) and, by attacking us, we'll pick up where we left off, perhaps this will fire us and shake out any complacency and perhaps we'll now go full steam ahead in the transfer market, to re-inforce what we've already achieved this season by much needed recruits.

Anyway, here's to the next 15 game unbeaten run in the League......that should just about do it.

He's exactly what we were missing today.

Very odd decision to put him on the bench and not play him.

I don't know how him being "on the fucking bench " justifies anything.

There are times when one could be forgiven for surmising that you seem to have a slight preference for the Charles Hughes school of footballing thought.
