Think we will win, the law of averages must come into play sooner or later.

Indeed the law of averages says we will win at Anfield eventually as of course they say we will lose in the PL eventually ...... Draw it is then

This is a weird one chinners, law of averages. The law of averages must also take consideration of the number of chances we make . Given that we go so close, so many times to scoring and like on Tuesday, sneak it at the end. Then at some stage we will have a game where most of the chances are converted . This weekend could be the game where most of sane‘s / sterlings / Silvas passes into the box actually connect.

This is just another game. In the grand scheme of things it's no where near our most important game of the season. Yes I want us to smash these cunts, but in reality it's not the end of the world if we drop points here.

The media portraying it as our biggest test, sorry our biggest tests were away at the second and third placed teams and we beat them both.
This will be our third most difficult test against the fourth placed team (the table doesn’t lie) and we will most likely win it if we play to three quarters or more of our capabilities. Of this I am convinced, oh and I want us to rub their noses in it, please !

This is our most difficult match. Let’s not pretend otherwise.

Not because Liverpool are so good but because we shit ourselves every year at Anfield.

Never can understand it. For the past 7-8 years we’ve had some of the best players in the world, yet they always fail to perform away to Liverpool.

But if there’s ever a time to break that pattern then this is it. We’re in great form and the players are oozing with confidence.

A Sterling screamer in front of the Kop would top it off. I’d love him to celebrate wildly too but as he seems such a decent guy (despite how the media have portrayed him) I can imagine him playing it down.

Pep said he'd be fit maybe 3-4 matches ago. if he is fit i expect him to play opposite Otamendi.

stones injured? kompany should be nowhere near our starting XI.

not to my knowledge but he is coming back from a hamstring injury and has just played 3 matches in 10-14 days or something like that, and he wasnt exactly good against Bristol (i know that back 4 + Bravo probably didnt put him at ease).
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

We win this game the Title is ours. :D

Yeah I know we are 15 points clear at the top, and will highly likely go on to win the title anyway. ;)

To me personally being a pessimistic cunt, winning this game will be the point where I feel highly confident we really are Champions elect. Even if we don’t lose, I think it will be the point where in my Eyes the Finishing line really is coming in to sight. Anything other than defeat is a good result in my opinion.

We lose………… over night Liverpool will suddenly be the new invincibles splattered all over the Sports sheets. MSM will circle jerk in anticipation of our imminent implosion. Rags will put 8 past Joke on the Monday night, the deficit will be down to 12 points Maureen will start the mind games,he will say the City Train is coming off the tracks.(Sounds fucking ridiculous, still you know I am probably right)

We must not lose to the Bin Dippers. I know we will lose one day,it is going to happen, just not to the please.

Which genius said this?

"At the very beginning of the game City scored against the run of play. City were exposed on their left-hand side with [Nicolas] Otamendi and [Mohamed] Salah taking advantage of [Fabian] Delph, who we all know is not a left back, and Otamendi was exposed."

I am looking forward to that classic Central Defender - Attacker Tussle between Ederson and Mane.

The all knowing, top analyst, Thierry Henry.

So we've been playing with no left back for most of the entire season?

Then we are, unquestionably, the greatest team of all time.

You'd have to question whether he actually watched the game considering he can't recall his compatriot playing at left back. Imbecile!

Taking into account those stats I showed where on average 1 in 10 shots 10% results in a goal, we’re going at 16%. Not bad. We were at 20% in November. Considering the winter effect on pitches, not bad.
