Club Badges

I'm just wondering which club in the league has gone the longest since it last changed its badge? Off the top of my head, Newcastle is the only team I can think of that hasn't changed its crest since my childhood (last major change being in 1988, apparently, bar last season's special anniversary badge). Sheffield United use the same badge they did when I was a kid, I think, but I'm almost certain I remember it being different for points in the late '90s/early '00s.

Straight off the top of my head, Norwich City is still as it was in my pannini albums of the early/mid 70's iirc?

I was sure they introduced some calligraphy to it at one point, but I might be wrong...

Not sure BiB, I Know loads of clubs have reverted back to earlier versions having had weird shit in the 80's and 90's, Birmingham being one of them and possibly Sheff United (they've always included the blades regardless) iirc.

Notts Forest is another who've reverted back to what they used to be or very close to it.

The Forest strip this season is superb. Looks exactly like my earliest memories of the Forest strip. Nothing fancy, just a red top with a thin white pinstripe. Take note Nike

I'd love for Leeds to go back to that 70's badge. So wrong but so so right.

Agreed dazby,, that 70s Leeds effort was great.

Reminds me of this too...

Forests 80s to present badge is a total classic. Maybe the best club badge (bar obvious biases).

Merits to wolves and the current spurs. Demerits to the current arsenal

Bolton's would be great if it was just the circle and not the banner underneath (or even worse that bloody aperm they had a few years back).
