I think it is imperative that we bounce back immediately after the Liverpool game, and I fully expect Pep to play our strongest possible team.

If we do drop point some nerves might creep into the minds of our players and staff and the chasing teams – along with the media – will smell blood and put the pressure on.

Last week's blip was clearly CFTG's fault for going on jollies to Canada instead of testing his blood pressure in the match thread ;)

Joking aside, I don't care how desperate the barcodes are for points, they are too shit to get them, especially against us!

I don't normally say/type shit like that but I just cannot see them getting Owt from this game whatsoever.

Fairly sure I saw photos of Merlin in training on Thursday which can only be a good thing!!

So in the anacronym favoured by Nigels Tickle.....

Well I’m fucking back now and will be watching like I have done for every fucking game since the war with the French ( barring last weeks loss to the thieves ) and I know we will win today , in fact , it will be a masacre .

I agree mate. This is the first week in ages without a midweek game for us and I fully expect us to come out all guns blazing

Yeah I had in mind it’s either since August or October but August sounded so absurd I thought it must be October!

I think against better opponents Danilo might have got the nod. Pep obviously feels it’s ok to bring him on against Newcastle. Silva and Sane combine very well on the left. Should be a real handful for Newcastle so not much chance of too many attacks from their right hand side. Sergio surely favourite to score a goal or two.
