Another final and a chance to win 3 league cups in 5 years.
Bernardo definitely getting better with each game - would definitely suit better in the d Silva role and I'd imagine that's what pep has planned for him. Very tenacious and not easy to take the ball off.
Sane must be a nightmare to mark and always has some involvement in nearly every goal.
Kdb is the best midfielder in world football and won motm once again for me.
Wembley here we come

Spot on. They only had 2 meaningful attacks and scored them both:. Embarrassing. The winning goal papers over it a bit but that was fucking awful defending.

Good decision to book those flights and hotel.
See you there.
Fuck off all those fans demeaning the League Cup. I went thirty years without a real final there. I love every Wembley weekend. I'll never tire of it. I'll never belittle it. These are the occasions for the fans.
City and sniffing knickers!
Bang on .... see you there

Job done. I don’t think we were ever in danger of losing that game.
Sometimes I think when we feel we have s game won we go into training mode. Either by design or subconsciously.
I think it’s s bad habit. We end up giving late goals away, but at the end of the day we’re in Pep’s first final and if we train our way to a couple more this year, nobody will be complaining.

Let's not get too carried away with the fanfaronade though (not that anyone has - just wanted to use Noolie's word), we still have one more match to win it.

I thought we were very sloppy tonight. We got bullied off the ball too much , too casual in our short passing and our defending was woeful.

Let's put the sloppiness down to the oppo. Can't help but think the players knew it was thiers to lose.
We need to focus against better oppo and I'm sure we will.
Great result.

Any idea what the kick off time is at Wembley? Is it a late one on Sunday? Can't find it.
