The PL is virtually done and dusted mate. Pardew has already basically said he will use his squad for the midweek game as he is down to bare bones. Similar side to what we saw in the semi for me. Cardiff away will be a potential banana skin, we need to be on it from the off

The prem is nothing like done and dusted. We have enough tough games left and have taken 1 point from the last 6 away from home. If that happens again we will be in range for the others. The likes of Fern and KDB have played so much football they need a break, and we can't replace them. That team cost over £200m so should be enough. Colin will have his bruisers out today.

Strong team. We need that cloak of invisibility back again.
Show no chink in the armour. All clubs are still involved in Europe so have the same difficulties to manage as we do.

Another tough game, how tough will depend on what team Pep puts out.

You've got me there..? Fairly sure we won 1, drew 1 and lost 1 giving us 4 points out of 6? (last 3 league games away).

That aside, Pep won't put anything like what you've proposed, keeper and maybe one or two others, VK is likely to be one of them.

You're right about warnock though as I mentioned in CM's oppo thread, he will use his go to tactic of if you can't beat them kick shit out of them.

Seriously concerned one if ours will be stretchered off and I understand why you would to play such a weakened team but Pep just won't do it!

Another team who are going to throw everything they have into this game. No way will Yaya cope, sad but true. Also they will shoot each time they are around our box so we don't need Bravo in there either. Also don't want to see Kompany in the team or he will be straight back out injured.

The whole of the football media will be willing us to lose today. We cannot afford to lose. Don't think Pep is the type to throw away a cup run to ease the other games we have coming up.

Strong line up for me, kids on the bench and bring them on if we are three up by half time.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

1 point from the last available 6 points away from home. A draw with Palace and defeat at the dippers. My point is we dropped 5 points there and that can happen. I'm sure Pep will go strong but I'm concerned it could catch up with us. Fern is now on 7 bookings and it's a 2 game ban for 10 for example

You're entirely right, if we're in 1962.

Edit: My bad, you'd still be wrong, as we'd have 3 out of 6.

Go see the doctor mate, get some valium, you'll be fine.

Strong team required. I don't want to feel like the Dippers clearly do

I think the underlying worry for me, St John, is that we blow our big lead in the league. We would never hear the end of it. Old habits die hard for me as a city fan.

I'm fairly happy with that, got players on the bench if needed later and if/when Komps goes off injured.

Danilo at LB which I don’t like. Sterling to play through the middle I suppose.

Looks like Toure is done. Don’t like or see the reason for 3 centre half’s on the bench. Only Diaz and Aguero offer attacking changes should we find Cardiff stuffy to get past.
