MEN reporting Sergio Aguero has contacted lawyers after video footage shows him being spat at and hit whilst trying to leave the pitch .

Not unprecedented at all - the home team has a responsibility to ensure all the players can leave the pitch without being assaulted - even if it means one of those plastic tunnel awnings to prevent them being spat at. I think he has a good case (no way am I an expert though) if he goes after Wigan. I'm surprised this isn't being handled by the club though, if it's true Aguero is doing it himself. Not exactly something you want to be dealing with when there's a cup final coming up.
