Apparently 79 per cent possession against Chelsea. No goals of course but it’s been a good performance.

Totally unrelated. I'm very happy for the Zinch to get a call up for such a big game.

Fine with this show, irrespectively of the final outcome.
Fair dos to Azpi's tactical awareness. Highlight of Chelsea effectiveness, so far...

0-0 at half time. Chelsea playing like a bottom three team and defending very deep. Very little space. But for a brilliant clearance from Azpilicueta off the line we’d be ahead. Have to keep plugging away looking for a gap here or there or a moment of brilliance from one of our stars. Of course maximum concentration against a quick break. Zinchenko has to be very careful. Wouldn’t be surprised if Danilo comes on at some point.

lads on NBC halftime saying Zinchenko shouldve seen red.

its debatable. his foot was fully extended, studs up, and high.

One way traffic.
Chelsea are here for a draw or a smash and grab.
We’re playing well and have cut through them a few times.
Keep this going second half and a goal will come.
Chelsea may be down to ten men by the time it happens.
But keep believing. All it will take is one moment of magic or a bit of luck. The game then opens up.

I fucking cannot stand that Rag RatBoy cunt. Miserable as fuck until the Chavs get a couple of seconds of possession. Non-stop chatter about what Chelsea have to do and fucking bollox surrounding our challenges, even calling us cheats.

Anyway, back to the game. We're playing well but Chelsea have been very organised and difficult to get a clear shot. How the hell Azpi was on the line there, I'll never know, but I suppose that's his job.

I can see them targeting Zinchenko in the 2nd half, either to get him to challenge and fall like they've just been shot, or use pace as they know he cannot make a challenge. He needs back-up as that seems to be their outlet.

We just need to keep doing what we do and hope that the space opens a bit. Then we can really listen to the little RatFaced cunt cry.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

youve seen reds given for that. its not about contact made or intent. i thought i remember something like: studs up, high, leg extended = red as of 2 seasons ago or something.
