1000 free ticket points

Just been on my lads seasoncard login and noticed he has been given 1000 loyalty points for seasoncard loyalty. Has anyone else had this and what were the qualifying criteria? I didn’t get them.

They should be awarded when you first get a seasoncard. Maybe his have been missed earlier or is he a first year holder.
