Waiting for the Papers tomorrow to say it’s all Sterling’s fault!

I don't get that, I'm not the most tech savvy guy but if my phone rings in the car, the car asks me if I want to take the call, then I chat via the system, not my phone. My car's nothing what a footballer would have so why the need to even pick it up?

They reckon he was pretending to be on the phone so he didn't have to acknowledge the dippers trying to get his autograph.

Are you saying it wasn't sterling's fault?

Yeah because Sterling hadn’t setup his Bluetooth connection on his A reg fiesta.

But is he the first winger to do so, as that is predominantly his position?

Not winning trophies, snubs, mercenaries, oil money blah blah blah, they've tried every single trick in the book and didn't stop us marching on. Now they're just clutching at straws in desperation to turm the heat away from rags collateral collapse. Pep wants him, he's staying, end of rumour.

So I guess the narrative now is
Sterling best thing since sliced bread fought his way to the top only one pair of boots from the age of 6 All his streets were cobbled and uphill ,
And big bad City don’t wanna look after him so we’re shipping him out ,

We also ruined him for England like Rodwell etc.

Raz and his agent have deliberately fuelled this Real Madrid speculation to improve their contract bargaining position - in the tedious European fashion. Sign now or be sold in January should be the club's response. Disruptive and disloyal behaviour.

Do the club not have the wherewithal to establish if this alleged interest from Madrid is legit?

We can replace Raheem. Someone needs to tell him that, he isn't De Bruyne (irreplaceable).

Technically they are all replaceable even KDB (as we are having to find out). I think Sterling offers something special, something that neither Mahrez or Sane currently are showing and therefore IMHO it would be a big mistake to allow him to go. I agree though clearly his agent is winding things up to get the new contract through - expect comments next about how much Real are willing to offer him etc etc

wouldnt mind if he went and we got a big fee for him.

unsurprisingly, im not a big Sterling fan and still doubt his talent and that he should be in a side with aspirations like City have.
but if we keep him i dont mind either; not itching for us to ditch him.

but i dont know anything about football so take that with a grain of salt.
