Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Another party day turned flat.
I know we’ve been brilliant all season and are miles ahead in the league, but I can’t help it. Since Liverpool knocked us out of the UCL I’ve just felt, get this season over.
I can’t get myself up for any of this record breaking crap.
We could have had the mega party beating United, but we couldn’t do it.
We were supposed to make the presentation of the cup today, something special. We couldn’t do it.
And why?
Well all that matters is winning the trophy and it done ages back. It’s hard to get yourself up for anything else.

See you all in August. Not even interested in the World Cup.

I think the problem is that many of our players are not there yet. When Silva and KDB play bad, no one steps ups.

Raheem did it a few times, but today was absent.
My worry is really Sane, i think he is the type of player that really has a morale problem. Got the prize, a lot of apreciation from the media, but his attitude is very poor for me. He could be one of the greatest, but he could turn into one of the biggest cunts out there. Hope he will be smart.

That being said. CHAMPIOANE, CHAMPIONE, OLE OLE OLE OLE~

Starting to think you may be spot on there.

Griezman anyone?

I’m starting to think the same. There’s a big drop in standards when he plays instead of Aguero.

He’s still young so has time but I’m guessing we will be hunting for a striker this summer.

could just be that he's not a solo, central striker. i vaguely remember him and Aguero playing well together early in the year.

I think we've had a dilemma since the Aguero moment. How do you ever top that? In 2014 it went to the last day and still seemed flat. This time we've won it with five games to spare (having known it was in the bag for a long long time). Beating Utd to win it would have been up their but wasn't to be. Its going to take something special to to reach that "Agueroooooo" high again.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

You're normally bang on pal, but I'll put this down to you perhaps being in bad form.

We can still hit 100 points. In fact, I think we'll do it. And I think we'll be the only team to ever do it.

That is something to cherish forever.

And btw, I'm really looking forward to the world cup.
The likes of England v Belgium isn't bad on a summer break.

Cheer up eamon ffs ;)

It wasn't the greatest performance, but when you consider how the rags and dippers' league form has fallen away in anticipation of their cup finals, I think Pep has done well to keep us this much at it since the title was secured.

Was feeling a bit deflated cos I thought that draw put us on 93 points, and cos of the flat performance Cheered right up when I copped it was 94 points so we can still hit 100. Centurions. We’d want to up our game mentally though for the next 2 games. Massive
