15 million Loan ?

In some ways...it would be. I labeled some recent sales by us "pseudo-loans" or "high cost loans".

Nacho, Maffeo, Rulli, Mooy, have all reportedly included buyback clauses.

Word is that's what would happen with Gunn if we sell him.

Talking of Rulli, why is he not in the Argie squad? Is he injured or just really, really shit?

more like we pay Soton 5-10m to get him some experience for us.
no way the buyback is less than the price Soton pay which means it costs us in the end.

Probably true, but it'll also get (I'd hazard a guess) around £600-700K per year at the moment off the wage bill, and prevent him leaving on a free in 2 years' time with no buyback clause if we don't offer him a contract/opportunities he's satisfied with in the meantime.

The German paper, Bild (usually quite credible when it comes to German transfers) claims that Reus is on his way to us. I very much doubt it, though.

are you sure you read that correctly? he just signed a new long-term deal and is set to be named captain next season. Favre loves him after their time at Gladbach. the article I read said that we were interested back in January before he signed his deal.

I read an article on a Dutch football site, referring to a Bild interview. I didn't check Bild myself. Now the Dutch site has taken the article down, so they probably were talking out of their arses.

Shrek off to DC united in the MLS. Apparently he is fulfilling a long held ambition to play in the MLS.

The 32-year-old says he had options to move abroad on a big-money contract.
"That's not me, I need those goals, I need that pressure. That desire to play would have been lost if I'd chosen that other option," he told Football Focus.
Speaking to former Everton team-mate Kevin Kilbane, Rooney said he could have decided to see out his career "earning a lot of money".
But he chose to return to Goodison Park 13 years after leaving the Merseyside club.
"I knew that coming back to Everton was more pressure - that's what I wanted. I wanted to prove myself again to the Everton fans and to try to help this club move forward and win silverware.
"I think it was the perfect fit for me and hopefully in the next two or three years we can do that."
...

Guess his love of Everton was not as strong as he thought :)
