He's been mint in Football Manager for 2 years.

I've read good things about him for a while, and I think we tried to sign him before.

I think Muric is decent.

Agree with this. We should be trying to have our youngsters as understudies providing that they are deemed good enough.

I do too. I see no point in wasting a non-home-grown slot on a player who will never play. And Muric has not let us down.

Watching the U17 euros. Ireland hosting it playing against Greece.
Gavin Bakuna playing in goal. City have him for €.5m.

He didn’t have a lot to do but looked decent with his feet. Confident anyway.
He doesn’t look very big though.

Just been robbed of a victory in the 95th minute with an offside not given, in the build up to the equalizer. Bastards.

Are we going to have a mass exodus in the summer?

I can see us losing Nico, Danilo & Gundo

With Komps, Mendy, Silva and Sane with a doubt. Also, Mahrez?

Unless we get a transfer ban, we could change five or six from those mentioned.

It seems harsh, but the squad always has to move on. It is not an old squad, but we don't want age to creep up on us, like it did with the fullbacks a couple of years ago, or develop too many sicknotes.

A hand full of new faces will freshen things up, provide competition, make it easier for Pep to motivate the squad and allow the players like Raheem and Kev to move to senior/leader status in the dressing room. So long as they are the right quality of course.

An additional plus will be that it will infuriate those who hate us spending.

Rumors regarding Joao Felix are getting more prevalent online. One such rumor mentions selling Jesus to open a spot, wages, and partially contribute to the transfer fee. I guess Im okay with that; I cant see Jesus being our #1 striker in the future.

Thought the rags had him 'in the bag' last week? well maybe not.....

This is shaping up to be the longest transfer saga of all time. We all know how thrilling they are

I see Chelsea's appeal against the two window ban has been rejected. They are now planning on taking the appeal higher. I would expect us to do the same should we be faced with something similar & then rape the market during the appeal process like our amigos in Spain although I don't know the terms and whether we would be allowed to do that..........?

Speculation for outgoings this summer is quite scary;

Vinny
Nico
Danilo
Delph
Merlin
Gundo
Leroy
Jesus
Mahrez

The problem is that Chelsea are not allowed to sign anyone even though they are still appealing the decision. Purlisic (doc?) looks like being their only signing and if Hazard goes they’ve got one hell of a job on their hands

That's presumably because it's a domestic ban? I remember RM having something similar recently - or was it Barca and during the appeal process they stockpiled . Agree that Chelsea now have an issue as they will defo lose the appeal and may have to let Hazzard go

I think the rumours with Joao Felix are mental.
Saw him with Frankfurt in the first game and he was good, yes, but has his momentum. In the second leg he was no where near the ball. Paying even 50 mil for him would be chaos.

He is a very talented kid, similar to Kaka, but he is no where near ready to step up. He needs at least on more season at Benfica.

Looking on Citys official site, they are pushing the continued rumour of Rodri from Athletica - not seen a lot of this kid but if he is being tipped to fill Busquetts (sp) shoes in the national side, then that can be no bad thing

City ruling out Fernandes. Clearly a defensive midfielder is coming. They can’t rely on Fernandinho for a whole season. So Ndombele or Rodri? Whether we go for another midfielder depends on the Gundogan situation.
