Yes, likely they'll have sold the training ground 'back' to the Royal family for the umpteenth time for literally a 'King's Ransom' and leased it back for €1 a week.

Truth is they are gambling on recouping mega bucks on Kaylor Navas, Isco, Bale, Marcelo (I would suspect with Mendy's arrival) and James Rodrguez, plus one or two fringe players that they'll bully a smaller club into paying top whack for.
I would bid them in the nuts if I was an interested club, cos they'll need to sell.

Does anyone here have an idea of how much money we have to spend this summer?

We need 3 players at least (cb, rb, dm) and if we include attacking mid it’s 4. I wonder how many players we’ll have to move out to increase our war chest?
