We have 21 players to register: 17 foreign, 4 HG.

You can be 4 short of the 25 if you have 4 HG players (nation trained: for the PL) or a combo of 4 players (club and nation trained: for CL). Clubs are penalised one roster space for every HG player they fall short in the PL and CL. So, if we only had a total of 3 HG then we could only keep a squad of 20.

Foden, Garcia, Muric [loan?] are u21s so they don't have to be registered.

If we swap Nico and/or Danilo with a foreign player it's also fine.
