2. Midfield entirely geared to pressing and supplying forwards, if that fails, no plan B
3. Defence suspect

Enough to come close but no cigar. It will be interesting to see if Klopp follows the Brentan career ark.

I do think their front 3 are a real handful but the rest of the team is average. The draw throughout the Champs league was very kind to them and the officiating against us was farcical in both ties. Fourth in the league and nothing in the domestic cups. He may well follow the Brenda path.

When the scousers won the European Cup Centuries ago, before the final, they met 4 teams in 76. Three in 77( first round bye) , 4 in 81 and 4 in 85 , before they finally lived with CL football in 2005.

Whilst the CL has been watered down . Teams play more games, this hits other schedules like the PL, and in the knock out stages other cup abd pl games . The European Cup wasn't much of a deal - something the clubs had to participate in - not the money spinning thing it is today.

No, it was Chelsea fans pretending to be liverpool fans who threw it back. liverpool fans never throw anything.

That's where Karius went wrong. He shouldn't have thrown it out to Benzema

He was trying to hit the corner flag

Looks like candleford might actually be punished by uefa for the coach incident after all - a “behind closed doors” match being threatened

Breaking news on BBC. Laughable.

Do the dippers play Madrid in a pre season friendly? It wouldn’t be beyond them to try and claim that result as the proper CL final result. After all, the goalie was concussed by the nasty boys in white and the unprovoked assault on Salah which nearly killed him from the horrible brute, Ramos, means the first game was, like, so unfair. Boo fucking hoo

Concussion is a highly specialised medical term; it means crap.

Oh the poor fucking lamb. I think if I was suffering from concussion and couldn't see straight I'd notice and ask to be substituted.

Dippers losing it on social media because Jesus gets picked ahead of the amazing Bobby firminho for Brazil.

I did like this one reply from a city fan:

If Firmino was that good Liverpool would have sold him by now

Well that has fucked up his fallback NASA career then..

Funny that, he made a nice sharp save from Isco at his near post with the score at 1-1, Trautmannesque.

Some of the cunts are asking for a replay. Fucking pathetic. If they start bleating about injustice they might consider they were lucky not to be kicked out of the competition when their workshy bin dipping cunts attacked our bus. That fucked up every one of our players that night.
