Bernardo was quite quiet. Dave was as dominant in Basic passing as ever.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Mooy was outstanding against us late in the season.

I didn't see the game, but the BBC player ratings (the ones where they get the punters to rate players in a team), show Bernardo in second spot for Portugal, behind Tranny.
So he couldn't have had a bad game.

Ok.
I saw the game. He wasn't their second best player.

I fucking HATE this video refereeing. Football is all about bit of controversy.

Definitely a pen. Lawro keeps saying "he touched the ball" that's irrelevant. Keane could have grazed the ball against Haaland - it means nothing.

The guys trapped Griezmann's trailing leg.

Lawro is a joke but he has a point here.

I did see the game and NQDP is spot on. The BBC do a rating where anyone can rate the players. I gave Bernard a 10 just cos he plays for City but he was quiet and did get substituted.

If you get the ball it doesn't matter what else you do? So he barely touched the ball, Griezmann was going to run on to the ball, and the defender caught his trailing leg. That's not a pen because he initially got the ball?

He didn't win the ball though that's key here, that twat still had possession and was tripped by the trailing leg just as he was about to shoot.

Good to see that wasn't given as a penalty. This VAR stuff works quite well yet we won't see it in the CL or PL.

I wonder why?
