I quite like him Beefy. He's definitely not a left back but when he got a few games at right back I thought he really settled in. Scored a cracking goal too against Swansea I think towards the end of the season.

I like him as well, obviously much better on the right and without a continuous run of games, he'll be unable to show his best.

Whooooo, 1-1!

Neymar winds me up like fuck. Very much like Messi, trying to do everything himself when there's an option.

Was that not a foul? 2 or 3 pushes in the back?

It's been difficult for all the top seeds so far. You just wonder if they thought they would walk it, what with the egos of Neymar et al.

Appears not. Commentators on ITV discussing it just now and though there was contact it wasn't a lot

Don’t think Fern or Ederson will get on the pitch much. Should be fresh for pre season

Probably right ;-)

Brazil have conceded 10 goals from the last 12 on target they have faced in the World Cup.

And we grumbled about Bravo!

Neymar and Coutinho will cost Brazil with their selfishness. Constantly ball hogging and shooting from ridiculous places.

Neymar is annoying little shit. Messi is ten times the team player. Neymsr is also vastly overrated.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

It's always the same with the superstars, the stage is set just for themselves.

Some great skill from Jesus earlier, thought it should've been a penalty myself.

Keane, Neville and Wright all saying that the push was a push. If that's not a push then a push doesn't matter, or maybe I'm pushing it a bit. If VAR can't see that then maybe we shouldn't push for it.

I remember giving a penalty away for just stopping a player backing into me yet it seems you can have your arms around or even push them out if the way these days.

Just watching BBC2....

Managing England: The impossible job

Basically our history after '66 , looking forward to this especially the politics of the first 15 years or so as I was born in '66 (was actually due on the day of the final!!!)

I think it was a stonewall penalty on Jesus.

I'm glad they showed the Gerrard and Carragher penalty misses which took us out of the 2006 World Cup. It's the first time I've seen them shown on TV in 12 years, almost as if it never happened.
