So we don't want to get involved in player auctions - what's not to like about that? If you get a cunt representing you, there's a strong liklihood you're a cunt yourself (isn't that right Yaya?). Thumbs up to the club from me.

The Brazilian/Italian is for me an example of City saying ok we move on. Watch and weep.

We have a club identity and philosophy now, we have a fluid attacking style of play that requires a certain type of player - intelligent, versatile, and team focussed. If anything happens that suggests the player doesn't fit ALL of our requirements then why should we prostrate ourselves for them? The days of needing mercs are behind us.

Agree totally. A decade ago we had to both get bummed on transfer fees and wages in order to get our targets. Now we can be choosy as to who we pursue as we are a proper destination club where the top players want to play for us.

I am very happy with our “transfer policy” of late
