Hmmm, can you get somebody to make you a UK email account and then register a soccer six account (from UK IP address) and hand it over? Once registered you won't have Probs (I just did my predictions here in Greece).

Anyone fancy helping Noolie out? If not I will do it when home, just means you'll miss the first two rounds (by time I'm home)
