Agreed. We should say so when they have a decent performance.
Booked Bernie for nothing, nearly swallowed his whistle when giving their pen he was so quick to blow
And played in-between the lines, cthe cunt!
YeAh yeah yeah.
By and large he got things right.
I’ve no doubt it has a lot to do with Pep putting the spotlight on him before the game.
It’s the way to go.
Call them out beforehand.
His cards were marked, early doors.

Smalling handball - clear pen + elbow on Sane should be straight red ...need I go on

You'll be impossible to please then.

Thought he elbow on Sane was a penalty but by and large he got things right.
I don’t doubt Pep marking his cards played s large part in this.

Agree, I thought Fernandinho got away with yellow on that first foul due to a combination of the rag media trying to presure refs into booking him and Guardiola marking Taylor's cards pregame. Mind games if you will.

i was surprised that mourinho didn’t adopt more aggressive tactics. in the end it was a very easy game for taylor to referee, which he did pretty well.

They couldn't get close enough to be aggressive.

Just saw the red card Mounie from Huddersfield got yesterday.
How many times per game we see that against one of our own and most of the times they get away without even a yellow card?

Got away with a big one at 2-1. Fern climbing on and pushing the Bournemouth lad was a penalty all day long. Another day and maybe we dont win
