Good decision for us.
I hope we get two more good years out of him.
Get him a CL winners medal, that would complete his collection.

Incredible!

I want a champs league for him alone, I personally couldnt care less about it but want him to have the lot.

The greatest.

Great news for us. Spain have lost a lot of talent just lately. Their decade in the sun could well be setting

Very good news for us and perfect sense for him. He's won all he can win internationally. I completely agree I would love to see him lift the champions league it would be worth winning it just for him alone.
It will be sad day when he goes. A model class act of a total team professional. A man who a lot of younger players and up and rising 'stars' can learn a lot from.

Good. He won it all anyway, now just full focus on City

125 caps for Spain. I'd wager most of those came whilst with us.

Is he our most capped player whilst at the club ever?

Only two players have over 100 caps for Spain but have never played for either Real or Barca... big Dave and Torres.

That speaks volumes.

It would seem so. He had between 32 and 44 caps before joining us (meaning a minimum of 81), and Hart has 75 (a fair few of which he got while out on loan, but still 'our' player).

I'm not usually one for stats, but I agree, the second stat above in particular, really does speak volumes.
They guy is a legend already. I have mates who follow Liverpool and United and they love him. They think he's brilliant.

He's the ultimate professional, going about his business quietly and under the radar of so many,
but anyone who knows anything about football cannot ignore the qualityof the guy.

As I said, there is no difference between him and Iniesta & Xavi. Same level.
The pass master.

We're going to need him to get back and hit top form very soon.
