What's wrong with Wembley? Can't they use that?

They're supposed to be in it now. It looks like it won't be ready till after Christmas.
That's a bit shit, they should be punished with their best players beng sold to cover the cost.
Oh, what am I saying, Levy will already be planning the very same thing.

PL rules state clubs can only use one nominated stadium per season. They had to get special dispensation to use Wembley for one game.

A lot of noise at the moment that a big bid could take Erikson out of there in the next couple of weeks. They'd be screwed if they sold him (come on Levy, you know it makes sense).

I don't see those tosspots as rivals, I would rather play them at Wembley, we seem to do well there, I can see us spanking them wherever we play them. I'm calling them out because I can't stand their hypocrisy; shrewed businessmen, profitable, bringing youth, developing English players blah blah. The fact is, Levy is a tight cunt, his methods will soon catch him cold.

This s where the PL chairman pulled a blinder with the early closure of the transfer window. They can now sell their players abroad without any recourse as they'll just say that the players head was turned.

Talk now is that its touch and go whether it will even be ready when we visit on October 28th. That is unlikely to be at Wembley as there is a NFL game there that weekend.

If they switch the game to our stadium, it will mean that 4 of our last 5 games of the season would be away from home.
That's something City cannot agree to.

you mean if we swap home dates with them? i dont think we'd do that.
i believe the folks above were joking that we should play both Spurs fixtures at the Etihad
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

If tottenham can't fulfill the fixture, they should forfeit it. A 3-0 scoreline to City.

Will the stadium be ready for the 28th? I hear there's a NFL game that day but I don't know if anyone can confirm this? Nigel?

They could move it to Twickenham.

How would they put a basketball court on a field though?

Any chance of a synopsis NT, I'd rather not click that.
