Jesus Christ. Was Salah actually touched that time again. Was it a push or what because on the replay it looks like Salah himself miscontrolled it.
Either way Oliver was quite certain it was a red. Game over now.
Palace caught on the break as I feared.

2-0 on the break.
Shame. Thought Palace deserved something out of that game.
Liverpool are definitely a stronger squad this year. It’s not all 100 miles an hour and blood and thunder for a half an hour.
I don’t think they dominate in possession like us but if they go a goal up (or are gifted one) they are extremely dangerous on the break.
I can see a lot of iffy decisions going their way this season.

Well in fairness we finished 25 points above those cunts so it's bound to be closer this season. They might even narrow the margin to something in the high teens.

Since Oliver allowed the Arse to beat us in the Charity Shield some years ago , i have maintained he should be sacked for incompetence.

Having seen the replays again, I still don’t believe that was a penalty but would concede that the red was most likely a red.

My view also. When all is said and done the dippers are the best of the best IMHO. Two games, two wins and two clean sheets. I'd take a 2-0 win at Palace if offered in a heartbeat to be fair. They had the decisions tonight but we knew they would but Palace didnt trouble the dippers goalie an awful lot and as the away side they probably just about deserved it

Only thing I noticed was there were s few occasions where Zaha fired beauties of crosses across the Liverpool six yard area that only needed a touch.
Destroyed their defense but nobody there to convert.
Now think Mendy and Kun.

Seconded. Though just read they have 21 out of 26 games at the swamp in the PL era so the omens aren’t good. Fingers crossed the law of averages starts to right itself

Beef mate, it was the Banner they put up in the stadium this time though. I thought it was a disgraceful thing to do.

Easy win for the scum tonight against a team that cant play at the swamp. Probably more calls for VAR and decent refs as well after the game.

Moura a tad fortunate to just get a yellow there. Very similar challenge to the Mane one on Ederson.
