I don't think it's a lack of confidence, you have to have confidence to attempt that lob and step up to take pens.

He tried to be clever with the one on one, gave the defender the chance, credit the defender too though, cracking challenge.

He does need to sort his heading out.

Because you can say that after every game. It's worthless to say, let alone harp on about every few days. And today we scored 6. More than 50 goal for the season and it's only the first week in November. Finishing is the least of our problems at the moment.

It's like being treated to a wonderful 6 course meal and complaining that you didn't get enough food. Keep your misery to yourself.

Eh, I'm done wasting my time with you. You joke about leaving early, then Jesus has a great finish, then you post in here about how Jesus needs to finish better.

You're a very weird and miserable person.

I actually think the main problem with our younger players is the decision making when they get themselves in the box.
They over think it and lose the moment.

This is something you work with the a proper specialist. Is that famous phrase: the manager will take the team near the 16 yard box, from there class takes charge.

So scoring 3 with 3 shots is an improvement over when we created 10 chances for 5 goals? Riiggghhhhttttt. Keep digging the hole.

To be fair to Nige, literally 99% of people on here have said our finishing has been crap over the last few weeks. Even Pep himself (Pep doesn't post on here btw before some turd picks on that).

Just because we have one game where two players get 100% shots to goals doesn't mean we haven't hit a patch of not being as good as we were in front of goal.

Lukaku might score a hat trick today (hopefully) - doesn't mean he's not been crap all season.

I don't like to get involved in arguments on here though so I'm going to leave this thread now.

i presume they presented you with your own dunce cap to keep when you left school as you must have worn it nearly all the time when you were there?

our finishing was how it should be yesterday, mahrez aside, i was impressed. but that hasn’t been the case for most of the season. yes, we’ve scored a shit load of goals but we have missed far too many good chances - poor finishing / shit decision making. by our own recent standards, we actually created far fewer chances than we normally do vs mid table teams... we need to maintain that kind of conversion ratio going forward. like i have said on numerous occasions, we are capable of hitting someone for double figures. how fucking good would that be??
pep is a perfectionist and i guarantee you he’d back
me in any argument we had on this.

Credit when it's due, that was the point of me posting that tweet.

Our finishing in general is still at a decent level but someway to go to match last season's levels, which were outstanding.
