Id say we'll be the best again this season.

Some other worldly keeping from Patricio today kept some out though.

I think we'll do better than last season and I'd bet money on that.

Imagine training this week will focus a bit more on the end product. That said, you sometimes get games where it just doesn't click for whatever reason. The oposition goalie has a good game, the post comes to the rescue, the ball bobbles or bounces before a shot. It happens, thats part and parcel of football.

We have been the top scorers in the PL overall for probably the last 6/7 years so fundamentally we are doing the right things more often than not and more consistently than anyone else

Knee jerk thread. Same position as last year after 3 games and we hit the post several times. You can’t score 5 every game, these days happen. They did last year and we smashed records.
Tracking back is overrated.

I think he'll say

"We certainly played below par and luck went against us, but if you think our finishing is our main problem, then you're one dumb cunt Nigel"

Well, he'd certainly raise it as a major contributing factor in that particular game. He referred to the "fantastic job" the officials did in his presser, so I've little doubt it's in his mind.

But, you'd want to be a little bit slow not to notice what happened yesterday really... wouldn't you?

the officials are just shit... end of.
the foul on razza for our goal was beyond soft (he dived) and you’d be crying foul if it was the other way round.
look at the bournemouth v everton game - wank refereeing for both sides. the state of them is a disgrace.

The state of officiating is indeed a disgrace and it was the main reason we dropped two points.

Officials should be made accountable for their performances. Whether it's bias, incompetence or corruption at any level, is largely unimportant to me... I only care about the solution.

Let's track it from the off this time.

I think it's fair to say, after 3 games that Liverpool have been very "fortunate" with their officials and we've been unfortunate.

I have a feeling it will continue this way and that's where we disagree. I don't believe the officials will give as many bogey decisions against them as they will against us.

And that opinion is based on many years of us being "unfortunate".

He didn't dive, he was tripped. Plain as day.

I used to enjoy whiling away time on the bank watching the river go by, waiting for a tug on the end of my line. Theses days I just don't find the time with work, football and golf. I might get back to it sometime though.
