Not sure how a chance is determined but we've the best goal per chance rate from those listed above, just slightly ahead of Liverpool mind.

Saints and Fulham are wasting a lot it seems.

if we're going to play this game... (taking goals / shots stats from the bbc website)

we have scored 69 goals in all comps from 480 shots - conversion rate of 14.38%
10 games have yielded 63.76% of all our goals (44 out of the 69)
in the other 15 games our conversion rate has been 8.59% (25 goals from 291 shots)

i rest my case.....

back to our c9% average today

Ive noticed all the fuckign shit, myself and NT received in this thread ,has all of a sudden ''disappeared'' ! why is that then ? is it because we were fuckign right all along ?

Hang your heads in shame you fuckers and start licking .!!!

PeP "We missed a lot of chances. The game could’ve been six or seven. We have to score (more)," he said.
"Liverpool are not going to give us this amount of chances. I’ve always had this feeling. We scored 106 goals last season – the best ever – but I thought we had to score more''.

Agree, however, I don't think Pep is to blame there, but our attack coaches.
I noticed something in "All or Nothing", there was a reference about the miss Raheem had at Burnley last year, that incredible one, about how our offensive coach tought him to kick the ball.
Imho, our offensive staff need a new job far away.

Also, I big cause of these problems are cause by the fact the players prefer an extra pass that fucks ups the play. For me, that shows lack of courage. I think a sport psychologist could come in handy.

Our finishing was brilliant last season.

Our finishing in general is not so good this season, needs to improve.

Mahrez particularly guilty today, you'd also expect Silva and Aguero to put away the first chances they had but must credit the keeper for two good saves.

That said, we scored 3 goals from 7 shots in the first half.

If memory serves , we have had a few players fuck up one on ones...sterling is the worst culprit and mehrez is nearly catching him up.......I dont even think extra training helps , it has to be a confidence issue imo.

I think Sterling was unlucky today, he got nice lift on it and it came off the keeper's head.

Yep, fair enough but that's not finishing.

I’ve just watched that amazing play from the back and then an amazing ball to Mahrez who once again was a greedy fucking little cunt and missed when he had a cut to Agüero or a ball to sterling being the intelligent ball.

That’s could have been the most amazing play at the back to a goal in the history of football — I kid you not - I’ve watched it 5 times ..

He should have rolled it to Sterling.
