Time for a quick cottage....Enjoy
I have to admit I have a soft spot for Fulham. I love the away game, and I hope they survive this season. Having said all that, thier forum is not very exciting, so here are the few comments I can find. Given the other games tomorrow, this could be our day to pick up the points. I feel confident!
COME ON CITY !!!

If we turn the ball over like we have in the first four matches, City will score 5 or 6 against us. If Burnley and Brighton can punish us immediately off mistakes, City will hardly sweat converting these kinds of opportunities. Hopefully, Slav will use these two weeks wisely.
We will be thrashed
We need to swallow it and move on.
No hope to nick a point.
Let’s work to hold them the 4 goals.
Fantasy to think otherwise
The harsh reality of being back in the Premier League unfortunately. A price worth paying but the games against Chels are particularly galling.
The reality is, that it looks daunting, but only if you turn up with the attitude you are displaying…A ball has not been kicked and you are writing us off already, glad you will not be in Fulhams Dressing room…If you feel you need to hide behind your settee whilst the match is in progress, then I cannot stop you…I do not think Slavisa or any Fulham player shares your view.
But we beat Chelsea, Man U home and away, Liverpool home and away, and City away last time we were in the Prem…I expect the team to give everything in every game.
The team has needed steadiness at the back. The last 10-15 minutes of today's match begged for it. Things should calm down once Ream is back. I liked what I saw from Mawson today. He'll get even better as his leg strengthens and he becomes more match fit.
If we give the ball away as many times in our own third as we did today we are looking at City 6- Fulham 0.
Wolves did not change their style of play and managed a draw. Most sides have lost before they kick off. In Slav I trust.
We also need to screen the defence better. No way MacDonald or Anguissa can cover their attacking midfield movement on their own. Wolves had 2 sitting and we probably need to do the same…I'd contemplate a change in formation, actually looking at he England, 3-5-1-1, with Schurlle a free role behind Mitro, Sess and Fosu-Mensah as wingbacks.
Well I'm confident...1-2 (Mitro and Sess)
No point in getting upset about losing to Citeh…May as well go for it and hopefully catch them out. They have started the season slow as well.
Well I'm going and I hope not to see a 5-0 drubbing like last time. As Corporal Jones used to say "They don't like it up 'em". Hopefully we'll come out and play football rather than sitting deep and hoping to hit them on the break. Because that way lies another 5-0
Just possible we could keep the score down to 0-0 for ten minutes but what happens after that I really don't want to think about
Our track record against the Top 6 in the Premiership/PL is dreadful.
Spurs a few weeks back was typical…We huff and puff for 40 minutes, concede, possibly get one back but then collapse…Very sadly, I just don't think we can adapt our style enough to hold them back…Slight chance of a draw, more likely they win by 3 clear goals…COYWs!!
Who here thinks Stones and Laporte can handle Mitrovic
