Diaz - can we blame he when he goes? Or Sancho for doing one? We're bringing in a player to stop them getting game time that's not as good as them.

I hear ya man, it's a fucking travesty that this cunt is preventing Diaz from getting the chance he deserves. I'm really struggling to see what he adds to our play.

Unfortunately Pep is arrogant. He's bought Mahrez so he'll continue to play him.

You are wrong, he is not a very good player at all.

Don't agree, I remember him destroying us at the Etihad the year Leicester won the league.
That said, he should never be taking penalties.

To be fair Mase , i am not sure Mahrez is a Pep buy.

So far , he has been gash

I think Huth scored the first from a screw up on a corner.

Mahrez on the break , he didn't destroy us at all.

Top of the table, undefeated, nowhere near out best and Kev back soon. Mahrez will improve, I'm certain of it.

Souness saying last year they don't get that result. If Mahrez could take a penalty they don't.

Not particularly talking about who scored, he ran the midfield that day.

Mahrez wi come good definitely and that result takes two points from the Dippers like for like last year they now need 23 points to win the league ahead of us with a better goal difference

We all would have taken that at 430pm. We will go on to retain the league.

He’d want to, because he’s been shite.

Honestly would have preferred to stick with just Diaz as cover and spent the money we would have saved on proper cover for Fern.

He’s added nothing so far.

Gutted but really pleased with the team at the same time. Liverpool are what they are and at Klanfield they rarely get controlled like that. Once the first 10 15 minutes had gone we kept then at bay fairly easily and obviously should have scored.

Notably we only got the 4th big penalty shout!! Maybe Atkinson felt confident we would mis it with Kun off the field.
I wasnt concerened that Pep played Mahrez instead of Sane. His ball retention is much better and I thought he put a decent shift in. Might have won with Sane instead but might not.

Pep set the team up well and we had some excellent performances. Ederson wasnt one of them as we didn't need him that much. The back 4 were very good and that includes Mendy

Well said Doug. Some need to stop the - slant. Bash pep bash Mahrez. Pep got it 100% right today, we are progressing on the back of a perfect season. Loads of +
