Mark Raddcliffe diagnosed with mouth cancer.

Proper blue, and his late night radio show was about the only thing that kept me sane on the long drive home after yet another evening watching City lose at home in a freezing stadium during psycho's last stand.
And I'm eternally grateful for him getting me into Regina Spektor.

Get well soon.

Remember him coming out on the pitch at Maine Road with the other guy.

Hope he gets sorted soon.

Mark was part of a group of us that went to Maine Rd, meeting first in the Red Lion in Withington. I played football with his brother, and their Dad was/is a match going Blue. The guy is a genuinely nice feller. Great company, no edge to him whatsoever and a smashing entertainer. I hope he is right as ninepence very soon.

That would be Mark Riley, when they were Mark & Lard.

Wish him well, hope he gets through it.

Him and Lard were the best thing that has ever been on the radio. Radcliffe and Maconie on 6Music is good too, though not in the same league as Mark and Lard. (The weekday show is ending this year, with it moving to weekend mornings. Sean Keaveny is taking over in the afternoon, he's good).

Hope he gets well soon.
