I watched them in the third tier of English football, why wouldn't I watch them in the Champions League? Yes, I get the UEFA corrupt aspect and all that, but seriously, is that a reason to not support the team you love?

Let's take affordability out of this for a minute. I appreciate some find it difficult to justify the cost of football, and with us being in all competitions till the end of Feb these days, it can get expensive. Gone are the days when our season was over first week in January, and all we had was a relegation battle to look forward to.

But, on the basis of watching your team, especially with the football we offer at the moment....I don't quite understand why people stay away.

Just got home for the match and began reading the thread. You said what I was about to post. I not missed a home match in any competition for the last eight years at least. Yes I am lucky enough to live fairly close to the ground and generally fit work around matches. I want us to win everything so I can have the bragging rights over the scum, Dippers and any other team. As much as I agree with the views regarding corrupt UEFA it is the competition that will show everyone in Europe if not the world that we have arrived

Have Shaktar managed to keep the ball for more than 5 seconds yet?

Quite a few players seem to struggle to get the ball under control when receiving passes with a bit of pace to them. Is it cold and wet in Ukraine?

Is it just me or has Jesus got stronger this season? He seems to win more physical duels and thus being able to hold the ball up better.

Read at some point that the field in Kharhov is synthetic.
Looks grass, to be honest.
