Should be 18/19 December. Leicester's match has now been rearranged to 27 November.

I thought the young players did really well last night. Diaz with 2 goals and some neat and tidy stuff though he wasn't involved for spells. Zinc was excellent and even showed some pace. He got stuck in too and was often involved. Foden was the best though. He had a constant influence on the game, running the show alongside Kev. He just looks like a quality footballer. More impressed than ever. I thought he had some way to go but I'm now wondering if he's ready now.

Him and Delph were quietly playing great 40 yard ball to the wings all game. Foden barley put a foot wrong (header not included). Jesus looking much sharper, just needs a goal. Nice win, must be pretty demoralizing for the Fulham fans who made the trip

This.

Delph and zinch deserve more game time at LB. Even Delph for dinho late on when we've won a game.

Mendy needs to improve and sane won't be happy bin the bench.

Mendy has 5 assists though

Just watched the highlights and it looked to me as if Sanè was involved in all our good work. Might have been different watching the match though, I'm just going off the highlights.

You're right, you really need to watch the full game before making pronouncements about a player's performance in it. Leroy was poor most of the time.

Hence why I put the underlined bit in.

My point was that he was poor and actually was involved in just a small proportion of our good work. You were clearly misled by the highlights.

Is it really on TV because Southampton didn't get through

Apparently so, they play on TV the previous Sunday so if they had won last night the Tuesday TV date against City would have been too close.
So if Southampton had got though to play us Sky would have treated the nation to Boro v Burton.
