Defending

So since every aspect gets scrutinized I’m quite shocked this hasn’t been brought up yet. Really worried this extra effort defensively might just makes us a better team and help us win more pots.

Defence has been solid so far and we've been asking for him to stick with a regular pairing of CB's and he has to be fair.

I can't really argue a case for Otter at the moment, unless we're looking to improve our handsomeness of the starting 11.

Can I also shout out Fern on the the stat about us limiting teams to how many shots they've had. It's down to him more than anything imo. "His legs have gone"

We have never lost a game Laporte has started. Something like 17 wins 2 draws.

Slow thread this one. Some people don’t like improvement it seems. I’m loving it.

Always, clean sheets are so satisfying when you play attacking football.

A thought occurred to me just now at Canberra Airport while waiting for Microbeslime Bugfest 10 to recover from it's latest coma.
Miami Dolphins had a defense - (sorry, DE-fense), years back called "The Killer Bees" (Baumhower,Brophy,Brudzinski,B*,B*,. . . etc.) ; how about
naming ours "The Blue Screen of Death" ?

Mendy was shit at the back again today..got away with it against a poor southampton side but he will 100% not get away with it against good opposition.

Zinchenko deserves to be in his place on current form.

Would’ve been a club record for clean sheets had we kept one today :( :(

Ederson got bored it was that long that he had a save to make so he decided to give them a penalty, can't blame him really.
