...you didn't even see it. You were drunkenly stumbling down some road while the game was still going on. Honestly if I had done that, I don't know how I would continue to support City. Every subsequent game would be a reminder of what a massive coward and shithead I was on the greatest afternoon in recent memory. But you don't seem to have much shame or conscience. You should realize though, most other people have a brain that kept developing past the age of 5.

This idea of staying until the end, having the emotional attachment, support the 'lads', etc... that is very old hat.
The concept of the team representing the community died with the dodo.

Football is professional, it is a product, it is about entertainment ....so if I pay I decide how I consume that product.

I do not judge anybody - if they stay for 90+ mins or leave after 5 mins - they are entitled to - they paid their money.
Same as the day trippers and the Asian tourists......

But I am not from Manchester, so that viewpoint is easy for me.
For a 'real' supporter it is different i.e. for a blue Mancunian the club means much more to them than just a product.

Another fucking pile of dross !!!

Just about dinner time. I'm on the east coast, from what I gather phips is on the west coast. That's over 2,500 miles away for people who struggle with geography.

Mase wrote:Have you knocked on for Phips and asked why he's left the board?

You know phips got on my nerves, so that's a dumb question. Or are you one of those idiots who think everyone from a given foreign country must know each other?

Mase wrote:BB, is your favourite City player ever Reyna?

Yaya Toure. It said it im my profile for the past 5 years. His comments soured me, but I'm a big fan or Bernardo at the moment. May be a shock for you, but I don't base my favorite players based on who I want to fuck.

You still haven't said what I'm lying about or why City fans have so much busier schedules that all other sports fans.

I go to the pub after the match with some people who aren't Mancunian but have lived here for years and started going to feel part of the community. For most of our match-going fans, Mancunians or not, it is a communal experience. As is leaving early, it seems.

It is pretty shameful mate. I'd say cheating on your significant other would be less shameful than running out on your team when they still have a chance to win the league at home. But you're the type of idiot who has probably repeated that story countless times, thinking that it has some redeeming quality or shows the funny hijinks that Mase gets into. When in reality, everyone who hears it just thinks you're a complete waste

My cats more of a faithful City fan than some of the match day leavers ( PICTURED ABOVE SCREAMING COME ON CITY )- always watches the match with me he does (on the left hand side of my sofa)....never ever gets up for a piss or shit either till after the match.

Some should take note.

As I said before, you absolutely have the right to leave early if you want. But know that leaving early affects those who stay's (including the players and manager) game experience. They would much rather see a game where fans are singing (or at least present) from minute 0-90. They will think you're a bad football fan and a waste a ticket. And that's their right. Freedom to act doesn't mean freedom from judgement.

I'm not. But while my girlfriend could probably forgive me for sleeping with someone else, she'd never be able to forgive herself for staying with a complete shithead who abandoned their team like that.

I dread to think what you lot will be like when we lose the next match.

Football isnt everything, I'm going through divorce, denied access to see my kids, its going to be a long battle, probably a costly one before get to see them again. My point is, everyone has a life and probably their own shit, it doesnt mean they're less committed to the cause.
