Not really he must be starting, always impressive when he plays for us from either position and it sounded like he was the biggest leader on the Amazon show. No mean feat for someone who doesn't start around aload of class players.
Twat face is also getting the armband from the bench...
Last city England captain was..?

Quoting GS: "You don’t give the England captaincy to somebody unless they really have the attributes that can carry it."
Then he states that Rooney will be captain at some point during the game?

No , he hands over the armband to the OGF when he comes on. Hopefully, enough time foe fabian to shower and leave the building before the small crowd leave.

After I saw All or Nothing, you don't find it odd. Delph looked like one of the strongest voices in our dressing room and I think it is the same in the english squad.

Maybe Southgate watched that documentary...
Delph isn’t anywhere near the first name in the England team so I find it strange he’s given the armband.

He's better than any of the other options at LB or defensive midfield though, very underrated is Delphinho. He's ace and that amazon docu just proved how ace he is. Love the little Yorkshire twat

I really don't know what's going on with this match and Rooney. A few days ago I read somewhere that he's been "recalled to the squad" due to current form. Now I'm reading the game is basically being used as a farewell match for him and to promote his charity.

I like him, but he needs to go in the summer.
Sadly his legs are gone and we can't rely on him.
