Lawro & DC Predictions v Cherries (H)

Lawro's guest this week is actor Dolph Lundgren, who is reprising his famous role as the ruthless Russian boxer in his new film Creed II - and has told Lawro "I will break you with my football scores". In Rocky IV, Drago got his one prediction correct when he famously told Apollo Creed "you will lose" before his first fight - but will he do as well at picking who will win this weekend?

As Drago, Dolph went toe-to-toe in the ring with Sylvester Stallone - who later adopted Everton as his English team - and it turns out Lundgren is also a Toffees fan.
Lundgren, who was a goalkeeper as a boy, explained: "Everton were my team back in the day - this was a long time ago in the late 1970s when I lived in Sweden and before I moved to the United States aged 17.

Bournemouth have lost three games on the bounce and a trip to Etihad Stadium is the last thing you need when you are trying to find some form.

At least it will be out of the way after this weekend, though. That is the way a lot of teams will view this fixture because they will not expect to get anything out of it.

Lawro's prediction: 3-0

Dolph's prediction: 3-1

I think this looks black and white. Bournemouth were unlucky against Arsenal last week, but it's a different game against Man City. They blow you away so quickly. Do you stick or twist if you're Eddie Howe? They've got the firepower and the pace to have a go, but they could get beaten five or six instead of two or three if they don't have a go.

It's very difficult to stay at the top level. It's the easiest thing in the world to get to the top, but the hardest thing is to stay there. That's why you have to have great respect for the Man Utd team which would come back every year and just do it again. Pep Guardiola said it would be a failure if City don't win the Champions League, but I don't agree. Back-to-back Premier Leagues would still be big.

PAUL PREDICTS: 4-1 (12/1 with Sky Bet)

easiest thing in the world to get to the top apparently, according to Merson!!

I'm not sure Bournemouth can play the park the bus game. Form and logic suggests it will be 6-0 or 6-1 to City. I guess they are going by the percentages that you can't have too many sixes?!

Shame Dolph and Lawro couldn’t have some sort of celebrity boxing match.

WTF is D.C. going on about saying it’s the easiest thing to get to the top? Only one team a year can do that. Nineteen fail. And out of the nineteen four or five are actually disappointed they didn’t do better.

He is correct though in his analysis in that we can blow teams away and if they are not careful a team can get spanked 5 or 6

Be happy with any old win but a few goals would be nice
