Said it for a while, some people look at Joe Hart's traits and say he's a shit goalkeeper but then framed over the Pickled one.
He should not be a first choice for England, nor his club side.

I have said it for ages but I think Angus Gunn is easily as good as Pickford and look where he is!
The difference is arguably down to luck. They were both competing for the England under 21 's spot. Pichford was deemed the number 1 and Angus 2nd but he did get some games. At the time Angus was at City really going nowhere and looking for a loan but Pickford was in the Sunderland team.
Sunderland were shit and their keeper had a chance to make some spectacular saves. He had so many chances against him making saves and obviously some very good ones but some parts of his game were not scrutinised or maybe even tested.
Sunderland go down and he gets the big move ( overpriced at the time) while Angus goes to Naaarch and does well but fairly low profile. Pickford is a decent shot stopper but imo nowt special. And I don't think he is special at all with his feet.
His decision making though I believe is awful and we have seen all sorts of crap from him in the last year but because he was in the England team that " brought football home" ( what a load of garbage that is!) the media haven't gone for him yet. They will

Having just seen the game from yesterday, it is a cheapshot, having a go at Pickford.

I suppose we haven't seen Mahrez have an impact like Pickford did yesterday.

Don't forget Raheem, there's always Raheem to blame.

Pickford is a very good shot stopper with good reflexes but he is small, he doesn't command on crosses, he is error prone and he distribution is poor as we saw at the Etihad last week. I dont get the hype, yes he does pull out a spectacular save very now and then, but he cost £30m FFS, I wouldn't have him any where near City at any price.

Second most overrated keeper in the league after ddg....with a bit of luck pickford replaces ddg once he moves to madrid.
Doug is right, its been pure luck that he has ended up ahead of gunn. Any half decent keeper looks good when faced with twenty shots and inevitably conceding and three(as he was at sunderland) with every other part of his game ignored.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His strong points are roughly the same areas as Hart's, but he's not as good as Hart in those areas. No idea why he's as hyped as he is.

The plate wasn't falling but he pushed it off the table and the dog came in to eat it.
