"Allowance for time lost

Allowance is made by the referee in each half for all time lost in that half through:
substitutions
assessment and/or removal of injured players
wasting time
disciplinary sanctions
stoppages for drinks (which should not exceed one minute) or other medical reasons permitted by competition rules
delays relating to VAR 'checks' and 'reviews;
any other cause, including any significant delay to a restart (e.g. goal celebrations)
The fourth official indicates the minimum additional time decided by the referee at the end of the final minute of each half. The additional time may be increased by the referee but not reduced."

This referee needs to urgently undergo further training - see also his booking of Sterling

Gundogan MoM for me. KdB excellent on his return. Walker wasn’t great, neither was Ederson although he had little to do.Jesus is so short of confidence. I think his poor World Cup really affected him. I’d still play him on Wednesday. It would be good to put the tie to bed in the first leg though.

I’d be tempted to go with the same or very similar team Wednesday.

I'm not arguing with that, but if all seven had been own goals by different players we wouldn't be crowing about it, so one OG must dampen things down a little.

How many absolute sitters did Jesus miss today...4 or 5?? His form is going to be a big problem with so many big games coming up.

Anything more certain in this world than "Mahrez cuts back on to his left..and it's hit the defender"

Shocking actually , he's gone backwards , at pace.Him and Otto can have zero complaints about not starting any match.

In the summer we need a first class forward as we cannot rely on jesus to be a match winner and Aguero isn't getting any younger.

How about, "an early low cross finds Jesus in the six yard box. Must be a goal....."

Needs a sports psychologist.
Technically he’s good enough.
Work rate heogood enough.
Overall link up play is good enough.

Currently can’t score for toffee though.
Barring the tap in today that Raheem made impossible to miss he’s just over thinking the simplest of things.
Obviously on his mind.

Hope he doesn’t read on here. It wouldn’t help him.
