This could have been Doug a few years ago, maybe he was just a fan watching training.

Derby County have said the person police spoke to acting suspiciously outside their training ground on Thursday was an employee of Leeds United's football staff.

The sixth-placed Rams visit the Championship leaders on Friday.

They said in a statement they were "in discussion with Leeds club officials in relation to this incident".

The BBC has asked Leeds United for a response, while Derbyshire Police said no arrests have been made.

In a statement, they said officers were called to Derby's training ground on Thursday morning and a man was spoken to at the perimeter fence.

The statement added: "Officers conducted routine checks which were all above board. Despite media reports, no damage to the fence was found, and the man was stopped outside the grounds.

"No arrests were made and the man was sent on his way."

The English Football League have told the BBC that it is a matter for the two clubs to resolve.

"It is, of course, up to Derby County as to how they progress this matter but as of yet we have received no complaint or contact from the club," an EFL spokesman said.

It was embarrassing! I have been freelance for years now and this was the first time I have ever been caught out.

As cunts as they are, I would rather have them in the EPL than Burnley or Cardiff.

Just out for a walk that happened to take him past Derby's training pitch, stopped for a fag and to post some Instagram bollocks. Nothing to see here, move along please.

Bang out of order. The term is homosexual and whatever the guy wants to do in his private life is okay.

Sounds like a Paul Simon song, 'I’d rather be a nonce than a vlogger, yes I would, if I could, I surely would'.

One assist and one 'vital involvement' for their two goals so far. Not sure he'd find it quite as easy to run past players in the Prem though.

Jack Harrison, our loanee scored. He's a regular starter for them and seems to be doing well. He impressed me during pre-season. We'll probably make good money on him.

Does picking out an 18 year old out as "Decent" qualify as noncing ?
