Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Dances with...

Postby CuteMancs » Sun Jan 13, 2019 11:58 am

Sorry, this is the best I can do for this one. Their main match thread has five pages talking about getting tickets and directions to the Etihad. It’s hard to judge what they think will happen. I guess it is fair to say that the pressure is on us tomorrow, but at home (at the moment) I am feeling positive.

COME ON CITY!!!

Referee: Craig Pawson
Assistants: Lee Betts, Eddie Smart
Fourth official: Chris Kavanagh

Team Selection

Patricio
Bennett Coady Boly
Doherty Dendoncker Neves Jonny
Traore Jimenez Jota

And the rest…

Could be a tough night for Bennett if Sterling does his usual thing of swapping wings now and then. As good a season as he's had we all know that he lacks pace and that could be a problem for him. Still, didn't do too badly at home so fingers crossed.

3 in midfield is a must for this game

Think I'd try and get away with playing 15 players!

Over a week to go, and I’m already buzzing for it…I have a lot of respect for City (club and fans alike) but seriously hope we do them and put another nail in their attempt to retain the title!!!!!

Do we need to take a lawn mower with us?

City away in what looks like our most difficult game of the season, but we thought that with Spurs at Wembley didn't we…I would go for more speed in the side plus more players who can go past an opponent.

I think this game has come 2-3 weeks too late for us. City were out of form then a nervous side back then but their victory over Liverpool has given them a second wind. 16 goals to nil in two home games can't be overlooked, despite the opposition.

They had the majority of the possession at Molineux but we broke quickly and with purpose, need more of that

Yaya is a guest pundit on Sky for tonight's game, god knows what he'll come out with.

With a great deal of interest I will be watching Sky just to hear what he says.

Haha you’re incontinent and your constant state is either sat in a pool of piss or rolling on a piss soaked mattress so stop making cheap excuses.
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.
