I’d start Foden. Burnley will play a weakened team.

Agree Foden should start and I think the Otter should as well. Probably rest Dinho again as we will want him for the nest 2 league games. Kev for certain and probably Jesus this time.

Surprised that Fernandinho’s playing with the Newcastle match coming up. Foden not starting which is disappointing.

Sané and RAZZER both rested again!!

I can see a very lack cluster first half with KDB getting frustrated very early on.

Think we're going to be in for a long afternoon and not quite the goal fest I was hoping for

Mendy not even on the bench. I hope there’s been no setback.

No Delph? Is he injured again? Would have been nice for him to play in centre mid instead of Fernandinho.

A shame Foden isn’t starting. A full game against Premier League opposition would be great for him.

But Pep promised he’d take it seriously so I understand his decision.

We'll win at a canter, even with that side.

Looking at Burnley's line-up, only Taylor & Tarkowski are regular starters, with the rest only having 1-6 PL starts this season.

That's not done my angst that we'll have a few injuries inflicted this aftie any good whatsoever

Him and mendy didnt get off bus i dont think. Actuallu didnt see zinchenko either.

Who was the young kid who got off the bus? Povedo? He got off just before fernandinho. Also seen sandler there. Good to see was impressed with him and he’s currently our fourth choice centre back with vinny out.

An unproportionally strong side given the opponent and how they were likely to line up.

I can't really understand why Muric only gets the league cup – I think he deserves both cups.

I'd also liked to see Foden start and have one or two more kids on the bench.
