Our current best 11?

Our current best 11?

Postby Nick » Fri Feb 01, 2019 11:44 am

Controversial, but I feel Bernardo should be starting in the MIDDLE, and at the moment, I'd suggest at the expense of kev (he's usually hit and miss when hes not played alot).

I'd also play Danilo at RB and Delph or zinch at LB until Mendy finally gets fit...

Currently? I think we've been playing better football this season without KDB sulking around the pitch

Same. Bern's been class in the middle this season. KDB has looked....sluggish since coming back.

Bern has been our best player this season. He’d be first name on my team sheet. Has everything!

there is clearly something bothering kdb. at first we all assumed it was frustration over injuries and missing so many games, but now it appears to be more than that. worrying.

it depends on the opposition. No way would I play Zinchenko against a top 4 team. However, against Newcastle and the likes, Zinch7Delph on the left and Danilo on the right is certainly what I would've preferred.

I agree but he has to fuckign STOP giving away the ball ffs !!! far too many times he does it.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Trying the riskier pass is always going to lead to giving it away more than the Silvas but I do accept his radar is slighlty off at the minute, the only way to remedy that is by playing.

Interesting stat from the Newcastle game, despite being on the pitch for half an hour less than Silva he attempted just 6 passes less. Our attacking threat all but disappeared when he went off.

KDB is in a 20 game season, if it pans out he is the % that win us the League and a cup. His quality overrides his lack of game fitness and ginger strops.that said I wonder is there an issue brewing with him, just a thought.

I don't say this lightly, he's my favourite ever City player. But Big Dave is just not doing it at the moment and hasn't been for over a month. Is it the beginning the end? We're so used to him dictating the play. He looks a bits and pieces player right now.
