As expected, a good proportion of them hope we actually win so as not to give the dippers the advantage. Will take any old win mind, but a good thrashing just to let Klipperty know we mean business wouldn’t go amiss

Not a prayer of that. The players will be desperate to beat the reigning champions and best team in the land. Hardly any of the players will be fans and have the same emotional attachment to the club. They are professionals after all

They think they are much worse than their league position would indicate. I like the term 'tele clappers' for the red scouse though.

Yes the players will be at it they will want to win, just like game we went there when Pellegrini was going for his title. There was a subdued atmosphere that day from the home fans, if I remember correctly a lot of the Everton fans didn't cheer when Barkley scored.
Anyway expecting a tough game.
