rain due to be sweeping down the valley driven by 25+ mph wind gusts by kick off

"Pep Guardiola 's Blues will face the League Two minnows on a dreadful mudheap of a pitch, seven days after Mansfield boss David Flitcroft said that his team’s trip to south Wales had been “one of the worst football experiences that I have had”.

Flitcroft, brother of former City player Garry, claimed that the referee failed to protect his players against dangerous challenges by Newport players who were playing for their places in the team against the Blues. And after his striker Danny Rose ended up in hospital with two jaw fractures, a lost tooth and a severed artery which saw blood gushing into the mud of the Rodney Parade pitch, Flitcroft was very unhappy."

Ederson played the previous rounds.

Agree about playing F1. Daft. I'd have gone with Gundogan again.

No one can ever say we disrespect the cup competitions. Easily the strongest side that will play in round 5

Hope we don’t get any injuries from this team or their appalling pitch can’t see our passing game going well here.

Is Delph injured? Surely he could have played a role, and what about all this pre match chatter about Grarcia?

I’ve the same concern.
Any win will do and get everyone back to Manchester in one piece.
