All this is an attempt by the dipper fulled media to derail our title bid or at least use it as an excuse as to why they have failed and all their fans have bought it. Ever since we went top every dipper fan has started talking about it along with how much we have spent.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

'We are rich, we know we are rich, we are man city we spend what we want'

I'm sick of us trying to justify ourselves to the mob, the more we (fans) counter argue, the more these rival leeches dig in. So how about reverse psychology, wind the fuckers up.

I do it all the time, mate, it's the best way to deal with scrotes who want to argue but have no real idea of football.

As you said earlier, it's purely about commercial protectionism, and always has been. To the opposition fans, especially the glory hunting rags, dippers arse etc, it's a god given opportunity to take the moral high ground, and as irritating as it is, lets be honest, if the shoe was on the other foot, we'd be doing the same.
What makes it doubly irritating is the fact that there are so many rags and dippers in the media.

When we were the great unpredictables every cunt loved us and laughed at our misfortunes. As soon as we made the scumbags take down that banner a switch when on and every season since more panic has set in. When City is the topic 90% is negative press. Agenda, Yes!............

As night follows day & has done from the beginning of the club.

Made an example of in Meredith's day while others got away with fucking murder and it's never really changed.

I was thinking the same the other day, thinking how similar this is to the FA
Cup win in 1904. The first Manchester club to win a cup, which was nearly a double, but were then stripped of all the players because the then cartel clubs thought we'd go on to dominate things.

It wouldn't be so blatant this time around but they are looking for the same thing, us losing prominence and them picking off our players.

That’s still a yes then.
