He's still not being appreciated imo. People saying he's got an attitude problem, I'd have an attitude problem if I was being dropped for Mahrez!!!

To be fair, he wasn't at the same level back then that he is on now - his game has changed in leaps and bounds this season and a huge part of that is down to the bald one managing him.

He still blows hot and cold, but it's gotten better. Also when he's hot, he's unplayable. Especially when Raheem is having a good game as well.

I have to admit it's taken me a while to warm to Sterling, but agree with cftg this season his all round game is fantastic.

I agree mate, but last season he was class too - hence all the last minute winners he got for us. Amazed people couldn't see it.

Mase, yep he scored some massive goals that won us games late on last season, but be so frustrating at times. This season he's not winding me up, passed that baton to Mahrez.

I'm sorry but the Zinch is still distinctly dodgy as a defending full back to me. We only get away with it because the oppo hardly ever has the ball.

I'm certainly not making a case for the Zinch, but the times we have given duff goals way. Zinch wasn't involved. Perhaps it's because he does his "attacking " duties so well.
Some lucky goals against City , never again happen for the players in a million years (Townsend for Palace and that screamer at Leicester from Sane's reactive header out from a corner ).
Then who gives penalties away for handball and fouls? the older Otto and Walker. The very few times the defenders have been called upon to defend we have conceded- not even sure Zinch played those games.

Against Chelsea he had Hudson-Odoi in his pocket.

Stephen Jordan had Ronaldo in his pocket once
Thing is Walker gets through his faults by bombing along like Forest Gump when needed and also giving a good old whack. Zinch is a nice neat midfield player. Good old boy but even had me worried the other night in the first half

True. Although Pep likes his fullbacks to be ball playing defenders, so if Zinch can't defend (I don't think he's that bad) but can play - ultimately that'll suit Pep's system.

I think at the moment we are into an unfortunate situation where we have to chose from a player that works his ass off, but plays in an different position and one that is constantly injured. Or two, but Delph is also a mid.
I would chose Zinch every single time because he deserves it.
