Would he be allowed into the States with a record like that? Not sure which countries would actually be willing to allow him in, to be honest, or whether part of his licensing conditions include him not being able to move abroad, which might be the case from this:

In the court case, it came out that he asked her when she would turn 16 in a text message. That's hardly something you'd ask someone that you thought was 18, is it?

You got a link? Not saying I don't believe you, but from what I read she kept telling him she was 18.

He also met her in a club initially, so why would he think she was 15?

They then started talking about NYE plans, and the schoolgirl said she would be at a family gathering, the court heard.

Girl: ‘I’m not old enough to go out’
AJ: ‘Haha but yeh you look old enough. When you 16?’
Girl: ‘People say that all the time. No-one believes me when I say I’m 15’

When she added she would turn 16 in November, Johnson allegedly replied: AJ: ‘Ages then. LOL’

I can't remember seeing that anywhere. It might have just been speculation or rumours. When I Googled 'Adam Johnson nightclub court' just now to see, I couldn't see any news reports, but there were plenty of forum/Reddit threads coming up. I remember from the start that it was all related to a signed shirt.
