In the 70's we had a saturday show on telly called "Tipsextra" that showed live football from England.
United and Liverpool were top dogs around in the community.
I'm no main streamer so I fell in love with City.
Attended my first City game at Maine Road easter -89.
Fabulous experience.
Palace was the opponents.
Did we win or was it a draw.
Can't remember.

You are absolutely correct.
1-1 it was.
Travelled with my cousin who was main stream and followed the scum.
Dare I say we went to the swamp.
Rags played Wimbledon and the only thing I remember from that game was the crowd. Lowest ever if I remember rightly. 16k or some what like that.
