I want Sane to stay because he still owes me two pints.

Fuckin this. Man management. If Pep can't sort him there's more of an issue with Pep imo

You're not letting it go are you, this is all because Pep doesn't play Otter in first team regularly? first, he gets rid of kolorav and now Otters on the verge of leaving. Dont tell me you developed man crush on Sane  ?

I want Sane to stay but not at the cost of the team's harmony, hoping this could be resolved, but if it doesn't, no one is irreplacable

Ok, on a serious note, the situation is quite simple:

The club wanted him? Yes. They offered an extension.
Did he accept the extension? No.
Why? Because he didn't play in crucial games.
Why he didn't play in crucial games? Because Sterling & Bernie improved a lot their rate and performances this season.
Did Sane do the same? No, actually, his level went down a bit and he looked arsed instead of fighting to be better than those two from above.

Simple as that. For me he wants to go because he doesn't want to fight for a place in the squad.

I'm with spidey on this. Sane could be whatever he wants but he lacks the will to push on. On his day, you cannot live with him, he can be unplayable his trouble is when he is not on his game he offers very little.

Take the German rags for as much as we can get and insert either a buy-back or sell-on I'd rather not do business with that bunch of snide bastards, but if we do, let's get our money's worth

I’m sure the Club wants him to stay but he has to sign an extension. He may think he’s guaranteed more game time at Bayern and it is a big Club. I think it’s probably his call.

Me too.
He also has a tendency to have a pop at his team mates when things aren't going his way something some posters have constantly had a pop at Kev about but never seem to mention it with Leroy.

For christ sakes, we won the last 14 games to win the league, won both Cups and were a VAR ( or a missed pen) away from the Champs League Semis and people are still questioning Pep.

Are you able to give an example of when Sanè has kicked off with a team mate in front of the cameras to the extent Kev did?

Thanks.

Yep. He had a right go at Zinchenko in the first half at Burnley.

No he didn't. Zinch gave him the world shittest pass and he bollocked him for it. That was after the third crap pass to him. It wasn't on par with Kev

"He also has a tendency to have a pop at his team mates when things aren't going his way"

Anymore to back up the above?

" The worlds shittest pass". Oh that's ok then.
Nobody else ever receives shit passes.
You keep going back a season with your KDB/ Silva one but that's ok to say Kev shouldn't be captain.

You didn't give an example of one on par with Kev.
You said "he has a tendency" yet you won't give examples.

No worries though, thanks.

October 17 that was, not this season just gone and it was the ref he was trying to get to.
Silva was stopping him getting a red card but it certainly wasn't Kev bollocking his team mate like Sane did because he got a bad pass.

You don't see him throwing his hands in the air on occasion in a strop when the pass isn't right?

,For me it's only a minor thing but again I'll contrast that with Sterling, he will almost always acknowledges the effort with a thumbs up or wave even when the pass is overhit.
