COMMENT
BySimon Mullock

Leroy Sane decision to snub Pep Guardiola’s medical advice is motivated by the German winger’s fear of missing Euro 2020.

Sane, 23, opted for Austrian specialist Professor Christian Fink to repair the cruciate ligament he damaged in the Community Shield rather than Guardiola’s medic in Barcelona .

Guardiola is understood to be angered by Sane’s decision not to place his treatment and rehabilitation in the hands of Dr Ramon Cugat.

But Sane was devastated to be left out of Germany’s World Cup squad last summer.

Professor Fink is the German FA’s go-to surgeon – and former Schalke star Sane is determined to do whatever it takes to prove to national boss Joachim Low he will be ready for next summer’s Euros.

So yes the manager was correct to select the team he thought would win the game.

Its been said by professionals before - you dont play a fuckign player if there is a great chance of him being sold......espcially for over 100 million pounds.

PeP gets the plaudits when he does well and hes also not below a slagging off when he fucks up..which he did do by playing Sane.

We will now sell him for 70 million in January.

But there was no bid and he did not ask to leave. If either happened I would agree entirely.

When your agent / reps just refuse to enter anymore negotiations with the City hierarchy...then I would say that is a good pointer to the the accusations he wants out.

We will know soon next year January if it holds any substance.

Bayern could only afford the tattoo Leroy, so that was cut off for them.

Bayern have employed a company to talk to Sanè on their behalf to discuss terms etc. Pretty sure that's illegal without out permission

Sane is two fingering City, we have had Bosman this is a Sane. Bayern have rinsed us, hopefully City will react when it is confirmed he is leaving as he is homesick.

tbh id almost forgotten about him. never wanted to sell (especially to those bayern sh*tbags) and still dont, but i think we've coped pretty well without him. weve missed laporte far more. at this point if bayern met our asking price id be inclined to let him go and reinvest in a new CB. just dont think stones is going to make it long term, unfortunately.
